Valuable Property Insurance
Most basic homeowners’ policies do not adequately cover or replace your valuables. One of our missions as a company is to educate our clients on this limitation in their homeowners’ policies and ensure they have sufficient valuable property insurance to replace their most expensive or irreplaceable items.
These are usually the most treasured items you own, and it can be devastating to be told after the fact that your policy does not offer sufficent compensation for its loss. We never want you to have that experience. Losing your most treasured items is difficult enough – at the very least, you should be compensated properly for their loss.
Anything you own of significant value should be covered by a separate Valuable Property insurance policy. This can include items such as:
- Valuable jewelry (including engagement rings)
- Sterling silverware, fine china, or valuable crystal
- Guns
- Stamp collections
- Furs
- Musical instruments
- Sound equipment
- Sports equipment
- Expensive computer equipment
This is not a comprehensive list, so if you have a piece of valuable property you’d like to safeguard, please call us directly and we’ll give you our best advice on how it ought to be insured.
